After waiting patiently for 3 weeks, the 128MB module is a reality!
As mentioned in the Atari Forums SDRAM thread, the 128MB module is a fussy chip. I’m testing the first built board now and it’s very stable at 140MHz.
It’s strange that anything 150Mhz or higher leads to spurious errors, so it’s not a gradual change in behaviour.
As no MisterFPGA core runs faster than 128Mhz, there really isn’t any current need for a faster SDRAM module.
