You are buying a fully assembled and tested 128MB SDRAM Memory Module compatible with a MiSTer FPGA system (using a Terasic DE-10 Nano).
These are based on the reference design XS-D v2.4 PCB (electrically identical to v2.5), using the best SDRAM available from Alliance as shown.
Currently testing to be stable for hours at 140Mhz, so these will work well with all available MiSTer cores.
Detailed Information
- All boards will be built, tested and properly packed and sent by cardboard case anywhere in Australia
- I will test every board and write the rated speed on the board (currently 150Mhz for 32MB and 140Mhz for 128MB), but if you have problems with I can help troubleshoot (except for your failure to observe ESD precautions, faulty installation is out of my control and responsiblity)
- If not in stock, I may have parts delays due to global logistics, so appreciate your patience with lead & delivery times.
